Using Logitally
These terms apply to your use of logitally.com, including its tests, results, explanations, and other content. “Logitally,” “we,” and “our” refer to the website and its operator. Please read these terms before using the challenges.
By using the site, you agree to these terms to the extent an agreement can be formed under applicable law. If you do not agree, stop using the site. If you are not old enough to enter into an agreement where you live, use the site only with a parent or guardian’s permission and supervision.
All currently available challenges are free. There are no accounts, subscriptions, purchases, or paid reports. Any future paid service would have its own clearly stated pricing and terms.
What the tests are for
Logitally offers browser-based memory, reasoning, and speed challenges for personal practice, curiosity, and entertainment. Explanations are general information about the tasks.
The site does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, a standardized IQ assessment, professional aptitude certification, or an official examination. A “photographic memory test” score does not establish that you have literal photographic memory.
Do not use results to diagnose a condition, choose or change treatment, make employment or educational selection decisions, or decide another person’s eligibility for a service. If you have concerns about your memory, attention, or health, seek advice from a qualified professional.
Understanding results
Scores describe your performance on the task and run you completed. We do not provide population percentiles, clinical thresholds, IQ conversions, or guarantees of improvement.
- Different tasks use different units. A tile-recall score, a digit span, a count of solved puzzles, and a response time should not be combined into a general intelligence score.
- Modes change the task. Compare forward and backward recall separately, and keep timed and untimed reasoning results separate.
- Your setup affects measurements. Screens, browsers, keyboards, mice, touchscreens, and background activity can influence a reaction time result.
- Repeating a task changes familiarity. A better score on a later run does not establish an improvement in every real-world situation.
Read the scoring rules and limitations on each test page, and our methodology overview. Results and progress are not saved as a permanent record and may be lost when you refresh or leave a page.
Acceptable use
You may access and use the site for lawful personal use. Please do not:
- Attempt unauthorized access to the site, its infrastructure, or another person’s information.
- Disrupt the service, bypass security controls, introduce malicious code, or send automated traffic that interferes with normal use.
- Use the content or results to mislead others about a person’s health, intelligence, qualifications, or abilities.
- Copy or republish substantial parts of the site as your own service without permission or another legal right to do so.
- Use the site in a way that infringes another person’s rights or violates applicable law.
Ordinary search-engine indexing, linking to our pages, and sharing your own results for lawful purposes are permitted. We may limit access that abuses or disrupts the service.
Content & ownership
The site’s original design, written content, and challenge presentation are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Third-party software, fonts, and other components remain subject to their owners’ rights and applicable licenses.
You may share links to the site and your own results. These terms do not transfer ownership of the website’s content or grant permission to reproduce the service. Nothing here limits a right you have under an applicable open-source license, fair use, quotation exception, or other law.
Privacy & third parties
Our privacy policy explains browser-based test processing, automatic Google Analytics collection, cookies, and hosting providers. Reading or accepting these terms is not a substitute for any separate consent required by law.
Some pages link to external websites. Those sites are operated independently and have their own terms and privacy practices. A link does not mean we control or guarantee their content, security, or availability.
Availability & changes
We aim to provide a useful service, but features, challenge rules, scoring, and content may change. We may add, change, pause, or remove a feature, including for maintenance, security, or technical reasons.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, compatibility with every device or browser, error-free content, or that a generated challenge will always be unique. Keep any result you want to remember yourself; there is no account or saved-history service.
Responsibility & your rights
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the site and its content are provided on an “as available” basis, without a promise that they will meet a particular purpose or produce a particular outcome. You are responsible for how you interpret and use results.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful. This includes liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, or other liability that cannot legally be excluded. These terms do not remove mandatory consumer rights or data protection rights.
If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. Any dispute remains subject to the courts and law that have jurisdiction under applicable rules; these terms do not require arbitration or waive a forum available to you under mandatory law.
Updates to these terms
We may revise these terms as the service develops. The date at the top identifies the latest revision. Changes apply prospectively and do not remove rights or obligations that already arose under applicable law.
Review these terms when you return. If a change requires a separate notice or agreement under applicable law, publishing an updated page alone does not replace that requirement.
